The thought of planning your wedding may be rather overwhelming, especially when suffering from the most common problem, a lack of time. Statistics show that your wedding will take you 240 hours to plan…that’s a lot of evenings and weekends.
An investment in your wedding is an investment in yourself. Not only does it allow you to hand over the reins, it removes the hassle and strain which typically arrives at one stage or another throughout the planning process.
My service to you starts with a complimentary consultation*, either in person, Skype or over the ‘phone. This is essential as it allows us all to meet – and it’s essential that we click, understand each other and above all, like each other. You have an opportunity to view my portfolio and testimonials and understand the way that I work.
We will discuss your ideas, plans to date and requirements, my proposal will follow and planning will commence!
I will present ideas, styling suggestions, suppliers and venues that match your criteria and style, and of course, meet your budget. All is organised and attended to, and you are kept informed throughout the process ensuring that you have the exact feel for your wedding without being bogged down by the minutiae.
My planning service also includes on the day co-ordination; I am usually the first person on site, and one of the last suppliers to leave – I am a calming influence and ensure that everything is set up correctly; runs smoothly; timings are kept to, and most importantly make sure that you and your guests are having a fabulous and memorable time.

On the Day Co-ordination
The planning of your wedding is going swimmingly, but you may be a little worried about the actual day itself. Throughout the planning process you have been there and in charge making sure everything is perfect, but on the day you will of course, be otherwise engaged. Who will carry out your perfectly organised plans?
I offer a service where I run the whole day for you, from dressing your venue through to managing your wedding in full.
I meet with you 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day and take down all of your wedding details including: expected timings; venue contact information and agreements; supplier details and their duties on the day, and your decoration / styling requirements. I then create a working document which is sent to you and acts as a master document in preparation for your big day.
I contact your suppliers the week prior to your wedding and do a final check on their service to you, their arrival timings and requirements, and clear down timings and instructions.
On the day of your wedding (or indeed the day prior) I will dress / style your venue, oversee all supplier deliveries and deal with any issues that arise. I will manage the timings of your day and act as Toastmaster where necessary.
Most importantly, I will ensure that you and your guests are having a fabulous and memorable time.
Expert Marquee / Tipi Wedding Management and Co-ordination
The wonderful thing about marquees and tipis is their ability to act as your blank canvas like no other venue can.
They allow you to have the perfect home wedding reception that you always wanted, add a touch of uniqueness and outdoor feel that no other venue can replicate, and can be dressed as simply or as extravagantly as you wish.
The downside of marquee and tipi weddings is the overwhelming organisation that can be a science to those involved, especially when considering the floor plans, practicalities and the great British weather…but when done right, they are incredible!
I am an expert in both marquee and tipi weddings and love the challenge of managing the logistics, organisation, utilities and ensuring the personal touch.
During our initial consultation we will discuss your ideas and requirements enabling me to liaise with the marquee / tipi company and make the correct selections based on your requirements.
I will be on-site on the run-up to your wedding day to ensure the marquee / tipi is erected to the agreed requirements. I will then be present on your actual wedding day with our ‘On the Day Co-Ordination’ service, managing your day in my calm, methodical and professional way.
Wedding Venue Styling / Dressing
Maybe you know exactly the look that you require and have organised the elements to create the finished look, or maybe you’re really not sure where to start and are overwhelmed with all that’s on offer – either way, you want a beautifully styled wedding with the wow factor, and I can make that happen.
The style and finish of your wedding should show off your personalities and provide a memory of your wedding that your guests take away with them…and no client of mine should be putting bunting up on the day of their wedding!
I have a flair and affinity for what works and looks fabulous, and I am an expert in dressing venues to exact requirements, giving the WOW factor every time.
I will contact all of your suppliers the week prior to your wedding to ensure that all set up timings work cohesively together and give you the peace of mind to enjoy a glass of Champagne whilst being pampered!
Our styling service is bespoke. It can include mood board creation, points of purchase / hire, pricing guides and of course the styling on the day. I also offer a clear down service where we re-visit the venue the following day and organise everything back into boxes ready for your collection.
As we are all individual, so too is our service to you. Following a complimentary consultation*, I will create a proposal for your consideration.
*This consultation can take place in my North Wiltshire office, within 25 miles of SN4 7HH, over the ‘phone or via Skype / FaceTime.
